As a special vehicle, refrigerated trucks must have some precautions before driving to prevent unnecessary troubles during driving. It is recommended to carry out the following checks before loading the cargo:
1. The refrigerated truck fuel or diesel supply must be sufficient to ensure that the engine runs at least to the next checkpoint.
2. The engine oil level of the refrigerated truck engine is supplied at the (full) mark. Do not overfill (replace once a year).
3. Refrigerator car coolant Check the coolant level gauge to see if the coolant volume is correct and the pointer should be in the white range. If the coolant level is in the red range, add coolant to the coolant tank. Usually the coolant is a mixture of ethylene glycol and water (different ratios depending on the actual conditions of use of the product) and should be protected from freezing to -34 °C. Note: Do not open the lid of the coolant tank when the coolant is hot.
4. The battery terminal of the refrigerated truck must be secure and free of corrosion. The electrolyte should be at the full mark.
5. The belt must be good and adjusted to the proper degree of expansion. The sag is 13 mm in the center of the span between the pulleys.
6. Electrically inspect all electrical connections in the electrical control circuit to ensure they are securely fastened. Wires and terminals should be free of corrosion, burnt cracks or moisture.
7. Structural inspection of the unit for leaks, loose or broken parts and other damage.
8. The gasket of the gasket unit should be tightly pressed and in good condition.
9. The refrigerated truck coil condenser and evaporator coil should be clean and free of dirt.
10. Defrost drain Check the defrost drain hose and fittings to make sure they are clear.
11. When the cargo compartment is loaded, the cargo cannot block the evaporator air outlet and the return air outlet, and keep the air circulation in the cargo compartment unblocked to ensure that there will be no hot spots in the compartment.
