The panel is integrally infused with the international leading vacuum foaming technology, and there is no cold bridge. The surface of the panel is flat and the foam is even in the middle. The density of the insulation layer reaches 45kg/m3, the airtight performance of the insulation layer is high, and the total heat transfer coefficient K value ≤0.02W/m2.K meets the international standard; the insulation performance of the car body is strong, and the total heat leakage rate is ≤16W/K;

The outer skin is made of glass plate and the inner skin is made of glass plate or stainless steel. The bottom plate is equipped with waterproof splint to improve the bearing capacity of the car and increase the service life of the car. The connecting part of the board is sealed with polyurethane, so that the refrigerated car can be seamlessly perfused, effectively reducing the loss of cold energy and saving oil cost.
