Refrigerated vehicles have long been used under high-intensity and overload conditions, and lack normal maintenance. Various problems are inevitable. The lack of maintenance, in addition to the lack of maintenance awareness of some car owners, but also related to fewer maintenance outlets, higher costs and other factors. How should we use a refrigerated truck? How to avoid the risks caused by improper use?
▼ Proper operation ensures that the goods are stored and transported in good condition.
▼ Preventive maintenance minimizes maintenance and operating expenses.
▼ Proper packaging is essential to protect the goods.
▼ Set the thermostat at the required temperature and pre-cool the car for 1.5 hours to remove the heat stranded in the car; when the load is loaded, the refrigeration unit is turned off and the cargo is loaded quickly.
▼ The goods must be pre-cooled to the required temperature, and the temperature of the goods should be checked during loading; the refrigeration unit is used to maintain the temperature of the goods, not to reduce the temperature of the goods.
▼ Even if the unit capacity exceeds the actual demand, insufficient air circulation can be the main cause of deterioration of the item; any blockage around the cargo may result in “hot spots”.
▼ The goods must be stacked on the double-sided pallet; the plastic pallet should not contain the film, the membrane will block the circulating cold airflow to the cargo; the floor under the cargo should not be blocked.
▼ Do not stack the goods before the evaporator exit, otherwise it will block the cold air flow; the blockage above the goods will cause the cold air to short circuit. Maintain a minimum distance of 225 mm between the top of the cargo and the roof.
▼ The interior of the compartment must be kept clean; the floor should be free of wrap and paper dust; debris can impede air flow or be drawn in by the evaporator.
▼ Carry it properly; turn off the freezer when the door is open; shorten the door opening time as much as possible; use a strip curtain as much as possible when loading and unloading. Use partitions to separate dry goods (empty baskets) and perishable items.
